Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential risk factors.
  • Develop customized pest management plans based on the type of infestation, property layout, and client preferences.
  • Safely and effectively apply pesticides, baits, and other pest control treatments to eliminate and prevent pest issues.
  • Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, sanitation practices, and potential entry points for pests.
  • Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, materials used, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate scheduling, share insights, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Continuously stay updated on pest control techniques, regulations, and industry trends through training and education.
  • Operate and maintain pest control equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to pest control practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Handle and dispose of pesticides and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor treated areas for effectiveness and reapply treatments as necessary to maintain pest-free environments.
  • Stay current on emerging pest-related issues and recommend proactive solutions to clients.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to assess treatment success, make adjustments, and provide additional services if needed.
  • Uphold a strong commitment to safety, following proper protocols to protect yourself, clients, and the environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company to clients.
  • Uphold ethical standards in pest control practices, emphasizing humane treatment and ecological responsibility.
