Premier Pest Control Service
Our Clearwater clients love our Premier Pest Control Service! We apply a preventative treatment to their home from the top to the bottom! Upon the start or renewal of your pest control service, annually, our technicians will be at your home for 1-5 hours, depending on the size of the home. The exterior is serviced quarterly. Premier Pest Control Service includes an annual complimentary termite and rodent entry inspection each year.
Ant Control
Ants enter homes searching for shelter from hot or wet weather and new sources of food or water. Our technicians will identify the type of ants on your property, then use the correct treatment to rectify the issue. We’ll develop a treatment plan specific to the types of ants found in and around your home for year-round protection.
Bee Removal
If you’re seeing lots of bees flying in and out of a small crack or hole on the outside of your home or yellow, dripping substances (honey) on the interior of your wall – there’s a good chance you have a bee infestation. Bees damage homes by building nests / honeycomb in your wall voids. We’ll inspect and open up the infested area to remove the hive.
Bed Bug Detection & Control
Bed bugs are ectoparasites that feed on mammals and are roughly the size of an apple seed. Bed Bugs are nocturnal insects coming out at night to feed on their hosts. You can pick up bed bugs anywhere – visiting a friend’s house or them visiting you, at the bank, Dr’s office, work, movie theater, restaurants, clothing stores, used furniture, and even new furniture.
Cockroach Control
We are not a one spray fits all insects company. Cockroaches infest homes differently and it is important to know which type of cockroach is currently on the premises. We use a variety of methods to offer complete roach control. After treatment, we require all treated areas to remain exceptionally clean and uncluttered to ensure total knockdown.
Flea Control
Fleas attack a wide variety of warm-blooded vertebrates. A typical flea infestation is about 50% eggs, 35% larvae, 10% pupae(cocoons) and only 5% adults. Since such a large part of the fleas’ life cycle is spent in the pet’s environment, it is essential to treat both your pet and your home to prevent re-infestation. Once the source of the infestation is determined, the technician will treat the affected areas in and around the home. After treatment, we may recommend a follow-up treatment to eliminate flea eggs that hatch after the service. For the best results, we recommend starting a flea prevention program that consists of regular treatment for your yard.
Mosquito Control
We offer two mosquito programs, mosquito reduction or organic mosquito repellent. Both services start with our technicians inspecting the property for conditions conducive to harboring mosquitoes with each visit. Once the inspection is complete, the technician will apply the reduction or repellent to grass, trees, shrubs, fences, and other areas prone to harbor mosquitoes.
Rodent Control
Professional rodent control is very important for the interior and exterior of your home. Rats and mice are destructive to homes, chewing up ductwork and A/C components, chewing holes in soffits, drywall, and electrical wiring. Once inside a house or structure, they will urinate and defecate all over as they walk, leaving about 50 droppings per day and urine trails. Rodents carry multiple diseases and parasites such as fleas, ticks, mites, hookworms, roundworms, and tapeworms. Exclusion is the first step in rodent control, followed by trapping, infected debris removal, and sanitization. Once it is determined that rodents are no longer getting in, exterior bait boxes are used to reduce surrounding rodent populations.
Termite Control
The two main types of termites in Clearwater: Subterranean termites, which live in the soil and attack homes from the ground up, and Drywood termites which live above ground in trees, fences, woodpiles, and buildings. Termite infestations typically go undetected until they cause extensive, visible damage. Subterranean termites can be treated locally, but fumigation is the only way to kill 100% of Drywood termites.
Wildlife Control
We use a variety of humane exclusion techniques to remove your wildlife. Our technician will assess the infestation and recommend a strategy that best fits your needs and budget.
